My Culinary Journey

My career in the Hospitality Industry spans more than 2 decades, in a National and International environment. Through my experience, my main objective is to enhance my knowledge and my aptitudes in this domain and thus, obtaining a holistic view when combined with my working expertise and my studies up to date.

I am very passionate about my work, using traditional and modern cooking styles. You’ll experience new and exciting dishes cooked to perfection with incredibly presented masterpieces.

Having worked in many different environments such as Italian restaurants (San Carlo’s, Piccolinos) in London, Manchester, Boschetto (Athens), English restaurants (Restaurant Bar & Grill) in Manchester, 5*Star Hotels (Intercontinental, Divanni,) Athens, Fzeen 5*Boutique Hotel (Kefalonia) and many others, I love to provide a service to all clients from all walks of life.

Recently I have created a new concept for my business called ‘Your Private Chef’, a Kefalonia Island based culinary business which combines Private Comfort & Traditional Local Food Services.

At ‘Your Private Chef’ we will give you unforgettable and unique dining experiences. Treat your family, friends or guests to a unique experience in the comfort of your own home, villa, yacht or personal preference.

Your own personal chef will look after your day-to-day needs, breakfast, lunch, dinner parties, anniversaries, birthdays or events. We strive to provide the perfect menus for you, using only the freshest and finest local ingredients.

Our services are tailored to suit you and we are happy to meet any demand. We will travel to your chosen destination anywhere in Kefalonia. Always respecting the client’s privacy and looking after their private residences.

Meeting your specific requirements and budget, we’ll discuss and configure the perfect menu for you. We can also recommend wines to complement your meals and we are happy to share our recipes.

Please feel free to ask the chef any questions and watch to see the chef demonstrate cooking techniques. We are happy cooking in an ‘open’ environment or remaining discreet to suit your preference.

What we are offering is a memorable dining experience within your own home or any preferred exclusive location, we know how important it is to host a fantastic night and we make dining in feel like dining out.
